After 30 years of working 1-1 with women I’m now feeling a strong call of Spirit to bring women together in community again.
As a young social activist, I worked in women’s reproductive rights, rape crisis, domestic violence, community building and child abuse. I marched, agitated and organized, sure that this was my life’s work.
Imagine my surprise when, in 1993, Spirit called me into psychotherapy, a path I’d intentionally NOT chosen for myself! For the last 30 years, guided by Spirit, I’ve forged my own unique path as a trauma informed psychotherapist, incorporating energy healing, spirituality, tapping, ordained ministry, and other alternative modalities into my work.
While on retreat in 2008, I was given a clear and powerful message from Mary Magdalene and Jeshua that my mission was to heal the wound of the feminine and anchor the divine feminine energy on the planet, to help create Heaven on Earth. I’ve followed their direction and guidance over the last 15 years, even when my human self was unsure of the path ahead.
It’s never been so important to gather women together in community for the next phase of our collective healing, awakening and empowering, to co-create a new world.
Women and men alike carry the trauma of our ancestors and the systemic trauma of the patriarchy. Women have been particularly impacted by the suppression, repression, sexualization of women for 6000 years.
While it’s critical for each woman to heal her individual wounds, it’s no longer enough.
We MUST address this collective trauma together, so that we can begin to heal our sister wound, our mother wound, our individual and collective wounds.
We realize we are more the same than different. On a deep Soul level, we yearn to be seen, heard and accepted for who we are and feel safe to be our most authentic selves in the world.
With that understanding as the foundation of this Sacred Heart Sisterhood Membership Community, there will be a variety of ways for this type of healing and connection to occur.
MEMBERSHIP FEATURES
Sacred Heart Sisterhood Circles
Monthly online gatherings where women come together in circle around a particular theme, each will be slightly different, as guided by Spirit. Circles may include, but not be limited to opening prayer, discussion of topic, Oracle Card Reading, Guided Meditation or Healing, Light Language Transmission, writing prompts, group sharing, circle closing. Your heart will be full and happy that you came!
Tapping for the Women’s Soul Gatherings
Let’s get tapping! Each month we’ll come together to tap on a particular topic. There will be a brief overview of tapping, a group tapping session and opportunities to have some individual tapping within the group. Through the process of Borrowing Benefits we’ll all experience the positive vibes! Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping) resources will also be shared! Tapping really is good for the heart and soul…as well as the rest of your mind and body!
Healing Conversations with Catherine
In these monthly conversations, Catherine will be chatting with women just like you who are willing to share their stories of struggle, healing and personal growth. They will provide insight and inspiration from their own journeys as a way to encourage and support you to transform your deepest wounds into your greatest gifts! You will learn about different healing tools and techniques. When one rises, we all rise!

Your monthly investment, priced significantly below the cost of 1-1 coaching, will allow you access to a minimum of 3 live monthly calls, a library of resources, first notice and discounts for my programs. All of this is designed to enhance your own healing, support interaction with other women and hold the energy for collective healing, spiritual growth and empowerment.
Membership in Sacred Heart Sisterhood is a good fit for you if you want to have regular interaction and connection with the material Catherine will be offering and with like- minded women. Although I am a licensed mental health professional, within this membership community I am NOT acting as a therapist.

Is this a safe space?
I have been on my own conscious growth journey for 30 years and will continue to improve my capacity to hold safe space, facilitate inclusivity and model compassion, non-judgment and higher level thinking.
Inside this membership, you will be invited to live from your higher consciousness, so that our differences are met with respect and our subconscious biases are met with our own compassionate curiosity.
What are the Refund and Cancellation Policies?
Refund Policy: Membership is a subscription purchase, either monthly or yearly. This means that valuable content is immediately accessible upon joining. Due to the nature of the online membership model, refunds are not offered for payments already received.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel anytime with the click of a button. When you cancel, you’ll receive confirmation that you will not be charged again. You will have access to all content and activities in the membership and will receive weekly member update emails until the last day of your billing cycle. We aim to make canceling easy and will welcome you back with open arms if/when you’re ready to return!
